Data we collect

Your email address for the account and, if you provide it, your name. Optionally your birth date, birth time/place, sign and intention — used for numerology, compatibility and personalized readings. Also what you create in the app: your tarot readings, journal entries, mood check-ins, favourites and purchase history.

How we use your data

Only to run the app: sign-in, personalized content, your journey/progress screens and — unless you opt out — the weekly reflection email. We do not sell your data or use it for ad targeting.

Third parties

For personalized readings, your questions and chosen cards may be sent to the Anthropic (Claude) API. Data is hosted on MongoDB Atlas. Email is sent through Postmark. Card payments are processed by Polar and bank/crypto payments by Coinflux — your card details never reach us. These providers process your data solely to provide the service.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account, readings, journal, mood logs and favourites via “Delete account” in the app. Deletion cannot be undone. Payment records are retained for accounting obligations; once your account is deleted they are no longer linked to you.
