What the service is

Mystica is a spiritual wellness app covering tarot, shamanic rituals, meditation, breathwork and numerology. The content is for self-reflection and inspiration.

What it is not

Mystica does not predict the future and guarantees no outcome. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is no substitute for any of them. For decisions about your health, money or legal situation, consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Unacceptable use

You may not use the service to harass, deceive or harm others. You are responsible for anything you write in the Synergy feature. You may not copy, republish or commercially distribute the content without permission.

Premium and fees

Premium is sold weekly, monthly or yearly. Paid by card, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Bank transfer and crypto payments are one-off and do not renew. Current prices are shown at checkout; a price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it; maintenance, faults or provider outages happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or by email. We may suspend or close your account if you breach them; if we do, the unused part of any premium period is refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
